These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and ua888 ("ua888," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ua888.one ("the Platform"). ua888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any player at any time, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued ID (passport, driver's licence, UMID, SSS ID, or PhilSys National ID). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending resolution.

To access the full range of ua888 services, you must create a single registered account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You undertake to keep this information current and accurate at all times.

One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one ua888 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ua888 may employ technical and manual methods to detect multi-accounting. Upon detection, ua888 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances and bonus credits held within them.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not disclose your password to any third party. You agree to notify ua888 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account. ua888 is not liable for any loss resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure, unless caused by ua888's own gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

KYC Verification. ua888 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures as required. Players may be required to submit identity, address, and payment source documentation before their first withdrawal or at any subsequent point determined by ua888's compliance team. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may be suspended pending verification.

All financial transactions on ua888 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). ua888 does not charge players for standard deposits; however, your payment service provider (e.g., GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank) may apply its own transaction fees as per their terms.

Accepted deposit methods and their applicable minimum amounts are set out below. ua888 reserves the right to modify available payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. ua888 will not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Where a third-party deposit is detected, the deposit will be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation. ua888 reserves the right to refuse any deposit at its sole discretion, particularly where money laundering risk indicators are present.

ua888 aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within 5 minutes for eligible verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day for requests received before the daily processing cut-off. These timeframes are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by payment provider processing windows, regulatory compliance checks, or technical issues outside ua888's direct control.

• Withdrawals are only permitted to payment accounts registered in your own legal name.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱100 for e-wallets; ₱500 for bank transfers.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• ua888 reserves the right to request additional documentation for large or unusual withdrawals.
• Bonus credits and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts, credit cards, or untraceable payment methods are not permitted.

ua888 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which are communicated at the point of offer and take precedence over these general Terms to the extent of any inconsistency.

The following general conditions apply to all ua888 bonuses unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements. Bonus credits must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any related winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each individual offer.
• Eligible Games. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are stated in individual bonus terms. Live dealer games typically contribute less than slots toward wagering clearance.
• Maximum Bet. A maximum bet limit applies when playing with active bonus credits. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus credits remain in your account may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Expiry. Unclaimed or incomplete bonuses expire after the period stated in the individual offer. Expired bonus credits and associated winnings are forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time. Only one bonus may be active per account at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in the automatic forfeiture of the first bonus.
• Abuse and Fraud. ua888 reserves the right to withhold or revoke any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus is being abused, exploited, or claimed using misleading or fraudulent methods.

ua888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with or without prior notice, including during an active promotional period.

All bets and game rounds placed on ua888 are subject to the rules of the individual game or sports market. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or wager, ua888's decision shall be final, subject to the complaints procedure described on the Platform.

• Bets once placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or modified unless explicitly permitted by the game rules.
• ua888 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where manifest error in odds or game settings has occurred.
• For live sports betting, bets placed after the relevant event or outcome has already occurred (late betting) may be voided at ua888's discretion regardless of the accepted status showing in the interface.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market and are displayed within each game or betting interface.
• ua888 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all electronic games. RNG certifications are maintained by independent third-party testing laboratories.

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct under these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities where applicable:

• Opening multiple accounts or registering using false or another person's identity.
• Using any automated bot, script, software, or tool to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity.
• Any activity constituting money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any ua888 software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ua888 staff, agents, or other players through any channel.
• Providing false information during KYC, registration, or any support process.

ua888 cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory bodies. Where prohibited conduct is detected, ua888 will take all steps legally available to recover losses and pursue appropriate legal remedies.

All content on the ua888 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform — is the property of ua888 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without ua888's express prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ua888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

ua888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your ua888 account in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the date on which the claim arose.

ua888 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond ua888's reasonable control (including internet outages, force majeure events, or regulatory actions) may cause temporary service interruptions for which ua888 shall not be held liable.

ua888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm among its players. All ua888 accounts have access to the following responsible gaming tools, available at any time from the account settings:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits — Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits — Receive automatic alerts or forced logouts after a set duration of play.
• Reality Checks — Periodic notifications during sessions displaying time spent and net result.
• Cooling-Off Period — Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently close your account for a minimum period of 6 months to 5 years, or permanently.

To initiate a dispute, players must submit a written complaint to ua888's customer support team. ua888 will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 14 business days. Where a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through internal escalation, disputes may be referred to the competent courts of the Philippines or any applicable regulatory body with jurisdiction over ua888's operations.
